Slow service, no initiative updating.

There’s no communication between your departments. Especially for online purchase customer. I find it very relatively hard to solve my issue. I was ping pong here and there, so many people like as if I’m in government office. Until now I’m still waiting for your after sales reply on replacing my table top. You can check back when did I ordered. And what is the date now. I think you should refund me for all these hassle.
